The first phase of the Dead Load mission has begun.
Recruitment is now open for readers who want to become Dead Load Founding Agents and follow the development of Dead Load: The Visual Novel Game.
The game is currently undergoing invitation-only alpha testing. During this phase, a limited group of testers is helping evaluate the story experience, artwork, decision system, technical performance, Agent dossier, and ASSET Profile.
Public access is not yet available.
What Is a Founding Agent?
Founding Agents are the readers who join the mission while the game is still being developed.
As a Founding Agent, you will:
- Receive selected development updates
- Follow new Field Reports and testing milestones
- Be notified when the game enters its next phase
- Be eligible for selection as a Beta Tester
- Be among the first to begin building an Agent dossier when access becomes available
Your dossier does not begin merely because you join the list. It begins when you enter the game and record your first designated mission decision.
From that point forward, your decisions will track how often you think like Nick Stello while developing your personal ASSET Profile.
Beta Test Eligibility
All Founding Agents will be eligible to be selected for beta testing.
Beta access will be limited, however, and Founding Agent status does not guarantee a Beta Test invitation. Additional information about the selection process, testing requirements, and available spaces will be announced as development progresses.
No separate beta application is required at this time.
